Paul is the owner of URI::tcp, but I am not sure he actively maintains it, or even if this email is still current for him. I cannot help you with that module. If Paul can’t help, I am sure there is a procedure for you being granted rights by CPAN. If you don’t hear back, pursue that. On Jun
