Somehow I managed to change my username from KaiJaeger to
KaiJaegerTest although my intention was to create a new user
KaiJaegerTest and nothing else.
Now I very much would like to go back to my original name, but when I
try this MoinMoin tells me that there is already such a user. It seems
that
(1) how to put a list in a cell (table)
There is no direct way, but you can use Include to include a complete
other page.
(2) how to use the wiki-enities (I've got them from
text_html_text_moin_wiki.py)

Sounds like you need to log out and then log in again. you try to create a new
account with your old name, instead of logging in.

When I started to use MoinMoin I thought that alomost everybody would
click on the logo of a particular website to get back to the home
page. And because my Wiki addresses IT professionals, I was very sure
that I can remove that tab.
