Well, strictly taken there are no dead attachments. Every attachment is
reachable by the AttachFile action (clicking on Attachments in the
navi_bar).
Thus, you maybe shouldn't try to automatically kill everything that is
not referenced

i mean with dead attachments are e.g.
one user creates one page with attachments Xyz and he realizes that this
attachment is not good. Now he/she upload same attachment for this page with
different name Xab, without dele
