MinGW, gcc 3.4, boost... I'd have to look. Probably 1.31.0, possibly
1.32.0. Certainly, building with 1.32

and got these timings for a fresh monotone pull on a similar
2.0 GHz Pentium 4 Windows 2000 machine:
