if I have a nm linenbacked copy, but I am offered
a VG unbacked copy, I will buy the unbacked copy
sell the linenbacked copy that was in nicer condition

We also have around the same percentage linenbacked and were just considering
what’s best moving forward.
It’s a big leap moving from collector to seller and we are learning these
things as we go.
We recently had A Night To Remember restored and
Wow! From $32 on Monday to $2,900 on Tuesday. I think this is a record price
for any House of Wax movie poster.

Certainly a record price. Then again, this one's a 'freak'. There were only two
bidders over $250, so my guess is, the next one will sell somewhere in the $250
range...
Of course, this is exactly what we're all hoping for, when sending stuff to an

It IS a great six sheet, however. One has to admit. And someone always has to
be the first guy to recognize a poster may be worth more than the conventional
wisdom allows. I remember when people laughed when Jose Carpio wanted to add
BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S to a Sotheby's auction.
