Hi Dr Vollin - The only thing I can think of is that you are on AOL, an ISP that notoriously (and it seems randomly) will block mail from other ISPs. Some eBay sellers even have a regular note on their sales items that if you are on AOL then you may not receive emails from them. It happens to us
