in this case, I paid for Priority, and while the seller appears to be legit,
for whatever reason, he cannot show a tracking number, so I have no proof when
or how he shipped it.
I don't mind to take the risk of probable loss on any low-key items, but when
it comes to a value of $300+

customs declaration form. In the upper left corner just under the bar code is
a customs tracking number. Your seller can call the post
