Grey is correct. Bidders should always use an auction house's dedicated
bidding platform vs. one run by a third party. For the PropStore sale, I
bookmarked a lot of items. Not once did I consider bidding or even "watching"
through another "layer" via Invaluable.
Some houses allow
I had no idea what Invaluable was. I did a cursory look and it appears to be a sniping app dressed up in nice clothing. It takes a percentage of the buyer's premium and it doesn't work?

Glenn should have gone to the PeopStore site to place his bids and was
approved to bid there..
On that site, you have fully interactive bidding and can also bid by phone.
I do believe he should have had a chance to increase his bid on Invaluable,
