Commendable of you Phillip, just observing pretty thankless, and never ending task. Especially with so many sellers on there with a ridiculously positive view of the market. I thought that at some point, something would give and people would realise things just aren't worth what they thought, but seems now they're going to keep dreaming until they're buried. And then, their relatives will be bequeathed priceless artifacts, that are in fact crud. On 18 Jan 2012, at 19:51, Phillip W. Phil, that's art term when a painting is done on canvas, it is stretched onto a wooden frame to prevent it from wrinkling which damages the art. this usually requires the excess linen or canvas to be wrapped around the wood on the stretcher before it is mounted into the frame itself I have bought linenbacked posters that were indeed wrapped to a stretcher Visit the MoPo Mailing List Web Site at www.filmfan.com ___ How to UNSUBSCRIBE from the MoPo Mailing List Send a message addressed to: lists...@listserv.american.edu In the BODY of your message type: SIGNOFF MOPO-L The author of this message is solely responsible for its content.
