copy house with a large color inkjet printer. D size or larger. Give
them the highest possible resulution image file and have them print on
photo paper. Higher printing costs, but no setup charges.

Well, the rating changed from M to GP for domestic releases during the late
1969 to early 1970 period. I would think there is a chance #2 may have been a
later printing of a first release, where the rating box was removed because of
the confusion. Just speculating.
