Hi Callie, Are you using the old NextEngine or the Ultra? Since you are scanning at a small distance, make sure your scan setting is set to macro. Try fewer divisions, around 8--too many divisions for small objects causes the auto-alignment to not work. The NextEngine also has a hard time alig
