I'm trying to use the unbending tool in tpsUtil, and after reading the help
of that program I realized I'll need a nts file that contains the LM for
the quadratic curve. But I'm not sure how do I get/create this kind of
file. Is it something I can create from my tps file using tpsUtil

I bet that this can basically solve the problems I mentioned in 3 & 4,
since then I can digitized the whole body contour.

Hi,
I've started a new project and came to the point of marking fixed and semi
landmarks.
Not all pictures are satisfying, mostly because of the posture of the larvae
during photographing (sometimes raising it's tail). So in order to reduce the
noise by the animal posture, I thought it would be
