Hello.
Since there is no RandLM mailing list (at least I haven't found one) I'm
posting here. When creating language model with cat compressor, buildlm
fails (on my system) with error:
cat: invalid option -- 'd'
Attached patch should fix that.

any command it is executing is existing too.

Which seems to work, although I'd definitely be interested in learning
the right answer :-)
I had the same issue recently. I've fixed it by defining SCRIPTS_ROOTDIR
variable in the environment before mert-moses.pl script execution.

bug in train-factored-phrase-model.perl script.

testing corpus (999 sentence pairs). If you mean too big corpus, I'll update
as soon as training, which I started now, finishes. My system is amd64 Linux.

Sorry, it should be too small corpus. Nevertheless, training on 46k sentence
pairs failed with same error.
