Andy Nyhus is reporting a Red-necked Grebe at the gravel pit ponds northeast of Luverne in Rock County. He found the bird around 10:00 this morning out in the middle of the southernmost pond. Also, there is a blue-phase Snow Goose in the north pond. While Red-necked Grebes aren't necessarily rare
