Ken and I saw the Snowy Owl again at 1 PM today (12/28) in the location previously reported by Bob Ekblad, on Madison St. about ½ mile west of 13th St., in front of the CTC Building. This is just west of the Crow Wing County Fairgrounds. The owl was perched on the top of a powerline pole. --Pam

So far, Snowy Owls have been reported to the MOU database in 41 of 87 Minnesota counties during the winter 2013-2014 season. That means that we still don't have records in 46 counties. So, if you're out and about and find a Snowy Owl - especially if it's in any of the counties listed below -
