Zimmerman !:) also a red breasted nuthatch was seen later in the day! Blue Grey
gnatcatchers were around also !

There has been a Hooded Warbler that has been singing at Westwood Hills Nature
Center all morning now (June 16). There has been only brief visual, but it has
been singing close and loudly. It has been singing most prominently on the
north eastern portion of Basswood trail, when it starts heading

Another great turnout at Westwood Nature Center Friday! It was a slow morning
with only 33 Species seen and only 2 Warblers.

While driving south on Highway 169 between Minnetonka and Shakopee saw two
separate Adult Bald Eagles. One just flying off a Light Pole and the other

After a great morning of Birding at Westwood Nature Center in St Louis Park
we will have another walk Thursday May 5th at 8:00 AM!

windy so Earlier the less wind hopefully!

Looking for early Fall Migrants
And interesting residents!

Gulls Geese and Ducks! 3 different gulls for sure! Franklin Herring and
