See the spec, http://mozilla.org/xpapps/MachVPlan/DownloadMgr.html. I
don't see any space for an ad in the UI, right now anyway (at no point
would it affect Mozilla if such a thing did get implemented).

What version of mozilla are you using? It's definitely horked on win32
builds dated january 11th. I just crashed it again by hitting back.
The page layout doesn't complete and I can't scroll vertically
sometimes. I don't get a black border all around.
