Yes, there is fraunhoffer codec that uses VBR, it's inlcuded for example in
Nero burning soft, or music match. But I've heard it's bad, it cuts at
16khz, maybe r3mix.net has some tests of it? LAME's VBR is much better, but
still, high end audio quality is only CBR 256 full stereo

Are binaries of ogg vorbis encoder/player/decoder/winamp plugin avaiable
somwhere? (WIN32 version)
Or does anybody want to compile current CVS version and put it somewhere so
we that don't have compiler can test it?
