There is a piece of the library puzzle that has been missing from this
list for awhile. When the MPL board went to the mayor and council to
propose the referendum for a new central library, they did so because
there was no way it was going to wind up on the ballot without that
support.

As someone who lived in Waite Park and Camden and now lives in Blaine, I can
speak on this from my perspective.

From my experience, it's wise to take the census estimates of a

Pioneer reported, and both papers did when the 2000 census numbers
