The information meeting forMNDoT's Minnehaha Creek Watershed permit for 35W/Crosstown will be held Wednesday, April 25th at Pearl Park on Diamond Lake Road, accross from Diamond Lake at 7:00 p.m. The permit hearing will be held on Thursday, April 26th at Minnetonka City Hall at 7:00 p.m.

Thanks to Dave Stack for his kind words and educational info on water quality... GOOD NEWS! The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District postponed its decision on MNDoT's permit for the Crosstown and 35W until April 26 at Minnetonka City Hall. In addition, we will be having a meeting with residents

This may be too early to ask questions (this might be answered at the meeting?) but how will Diamond Lake be affected exactly? Will it become filled with deiceing chemicals to the extent that it will affect aquatic life? Will it flood? 24 acres of added roadway seems like a lot of space (over
