I apologize, there was an error in this mingw32 build.
Due to a mistake I made, this version was build with msp430-libc and
msp430mcu version 20111205 instead of 20111224
I corrected this and uploaded the corrected file to sourceforge.

A windows mingw32 build of the experimental 20111224 release of mspgcc
is now available at the mspgcc project:
