I'd uninstall/reinstall the client (and you didn't say what version of cm
you are using) and watch the ccmsetup.log and/or the msi .log; see if it
fails there. that will help you find what exactly it's failing o

Need help here. Has anybody encountered this issue.
On one of the machines (server 2003), sms agent host is in stopped state. When
I try to start it, I get the below error. "Access is Denied". Any leads how to
solve this.

Well it wasn’t all for naught because I know how to do it now, but of the
10,500 computers between WSUS and SCCM, it’s disheartening to learn that a mere
101, just less than 1%, between the two will require me to leave TLS 1.0
enabled on both servers… sigh… curse you XP/2003 and Vista/2008.
Might be other apps hard coded to use that though... so proper testing is in
order.
