Are you sure that you have this update class selected in both WSUS and in SCCM?
I ran into an issue about Office 2013 updates today at a clients; turns out
I'd enabled the product in WSUS but not in Sof

It’s possible that this update is not published, in which case you’d need to
download it from Microsoft publish it directly in WSUS so it will show up in
ConfigMgr.
