Hey all,
I am redirecting SCCM clients to a new server using a vbs script. This process
is working great. After clients evaluate they're populating on the new site
server. One thing I noticed though, if I go back and look at the old site
server, I still see the same clients I redirected
Hey boys & gals,
Trying to find if a program/app/ts etc is started by user, i.e. software center
or not. How does deadlines affect this? Can I use the flag for required or
available? Or is that no reliable?
Then I am trying to get the content type of the app, as in Pkg/program, App,
WU, TS
We have an open MW pointed to a collection that server builders populate with
new servers. They then depopulate when done. Who am I kidding, we monitor the
collection loosely and do it for them.

Sure, and there are community options you can use such as UI++
(http://blog.configmgrftw.com/uiplusplus/).

I had this working inside OSD with UDI but I have heard that UDI++ is much

Hello Everyone,
I'm at a new ConfigMgr environment currently and they have several Task

end. Can I get to a single Task Sequence where it prompts the end-user

With some of mine, I watch the ccmsetup.log as the install is going. It will
start off with a code 7, but after 10-15 minutes, it will kick off some other
actions, and end up with a code 0.

All,
Can someone tell me how I can quickly patch say a new server that comes online
(joined to the domain) that requires patches when this machine is already a
member of a maintenance window. For example, I have servers that need to be
patched immediately once the SCCM client is installed.
