The identity macro does work, but it will not work for setting custom header in
composing new emails as hdr is set before about sending emails.
I tried gpgme which does not seems to give me any option to select self encrypt
key based on From: , but always use default key

header, Date section.
How to force mutt to use UTC as time zone in all outgoing email headers?
set_hdr Date=?
K9 Mail in Android has such option in privacy settings Hide Timezone, use UTC
instead of local time zone.
