mutt finding mailboxes problem

Hello, A problem. My users mailboxes are in ~/Mail, as per default. However if i do a c to change mailbox folder mutt does not find it unless I am either in ~/Mail or I type in ~/Mail/folder. However if I use ? to see the list of mail folders, it shows them in ~/Mail without a problem. I think my
