mutt 1.8.2 released
Hi Mutt Users, I'm pleased to announce that mutt version 1.8.2 has been released. Instructions for downloading the release are at http://www.mutt.org/download.html. This release fixes a regression in 1.8.1 that resulted in gpg failures with an ncurses pinentry program. Thanks to ilf on IRC for alerting me to the problem and helping test out the fix. -Kevin signature.asc Description: PGP signature

C-g doesn't bring me out of that prompt (mutt 1.5.23), urxvt. Version 1.5.19 changed the default of $move to "no". The documentation for $move mentions this, but the "Using Multiple Spool Mailboxes" section does not. I'll add a mention about this. -- Kevin J. Small question for mutt-1.8.x
Hi! I have a small problem with newer mutt versions (checked on 1.8.x) in comparison with mutt 1.5.x. The new versions are not asking to move e-mails to the archive mailboxes. Excerpt from my .muttrc: mailboxes /var/mail/patrol ~/Mail/asterisk ~/Mail/gsm ~/Mail/hw-news mbox-hook \/var\/mail\/patrol ~/Mail/mail.arch mbox-hook Mail\/asterisk ~/Mail-archive/asterisk.arch mbox-hook Mail\/gsm ~/Mail-archive/gsm.arch mbox-hook Mail\/hw-news ~/Mail-archive/hw-news.arch When (q)uitting, mutt 1.5.x asked for example: Move read messages to /home/patrol/Mail/mail.arch? ([no]/yes): while the new mutt just quits and to be honest, I don't know, how to trigger this action manually and then quit. I know it's a stupid question, I'm using mutt for really long time and I had never problems with it, just this one after the recent upgrade. And I'm not able to find, what changed in mutt and what I have to fix in my .muttrc to restore this functionality. With regards, Pavel

Minor annoyance with mutt, crypt_replyencrypt and PGP
Hello list, I have `crypt_replyencrypt` and `crypt_autoencrypt` for some contacts. It works fine, but sometimes I want to send a cleartext email. Again, most of the times I remember to "clear PGP", but other times this happens: 1. I start a message to contact xyz 2. I type in the words and close the editor 3. I miss the `Security: Encrypt (PGP/MIME)` 4. I press 'y' to send the message 5. Now it seems I am stuck in the select key menu, and I have no idea how to exit it without sending the email Is there a way to exit such menu or alternatively a way to colour `Security: Encrypt (PGP/MIME)` red or something? Any other suggestion is welcome! -F
