Hi Michelle, I have exactly the same setup that you describe and it works very well. One licence covers all your computers. You need to buy an Android version as well. I also use the Cloud sync which works very well. If you don't plan to edit on your phone then you might get by with just

I can't speak to the nearby reminders feature as I've never used it and never felt I needed it but if you're losing tasks then it may have to do with how you have your Android app set up. If you don't have your cloud sync set to apply the server version (found under 'Both sides changed item'

Actually, I just found the solution to my problem but I thought I'd post it here so if others had this situation come up then perhaps you'll find this post helpful. In creating my new view, I right-clicked on one of the contexts and selected 'Manage Contexts' which popped open the context
