I was thinking about this, but it I find it really difficult. For example,

English if I change my phone system language. But I can't choose. I just
don't have the "available language options" in MLO settings, even if I make
my phone support English and German. MLO is always in the default
Thanks. But when I open my iPhone the banner disappears from the screen. It
would be good to have the reminder keep firing (bugging me) every 5 minutes or
so until either delayed or done. It a shame because MLO works well with Siri
for reminders, but I have to use a different reminders app now

Just started using MLO5 - and I must say I really like the new interface,
Markdown is taking some getting used to, but I like the potential of the
feature, and the tags!! - especially looking forward to these coming to
Android.

(English).
So I think u may need to switch your phone default language to English.
