1 of the way i use MLO is to track the freelance job.
When I have finished the jobbut still waiting for payment, i would not want
to CHECK it off as done. coz i might forget to follow up if i check it off.
So, instead, I add some "tags" or "symbols" to the task, like ✓ or [ ✓done
]
