Already started a "staged roll-out" last week.

I am so excited to get my update notification and I must say, the
screenshots and the feature list is making it so hard to wait This upgrade
is a very big deal for me and I hope that it will maximize my organization
and productivity levels. Also, great job to all those who were involved in
I'm on the beta team and I appreciate the gradual roll out as there are new
releases just about daily to catch things.

Do you consider reviewing your pricing policy? 24 backs is a bit pricy for
android app. Maybe some discounts for black Friday to celebrate a new release?
;)
PS awesome app.

It is just the normal practice for most applications. But typically, users do
not notice it.

Seems normal to me too... I remember having to wait until T-Mobile got the
Lollipop upgrade for the Galaxy SIII, even though AT and Verizon
customers already had it.

The Android version on Google play is listed as 1.6.14, and that's the version
that gets installed, so it's not just an incorrect version description on the
Google play page. I'm in the United Kingdom. Has something gone wrong with the
v2 rollout for my region?

Hi!
It's Marina from the MLO Team. We have started rolling out MLO 2 gradually,
adding more devices day by day. So yes, some users already installed the
new version. You will also receive update notification for your device
soon!

Hi All,
We have some suggestions of a release:
(1) The website is now advertising the release of Android Version 2.
(2) A comment in the play store for MLO V1 suggests that version 2 has been
released.
"Finally version 2 is available."
(3) Support messages are appearing in this forum
The Google playstore has a feature called staged roll outs that allows the
developers to make the newer version available to a percentage of users.
Actually it is very common for developers to do this even for smaller changes
and bug fixes.
Even after significant beta testing it is
This is normal practice for updates such as this. Microsoft did the same for
Windows 10 albeit on a larger scale but the principle is the same. Otherwise
the load on the servers and backend would cause problems.
Of course,MLo will have the opportunity to abort in case of issues.

By your definition Mid November would be midnight of the 15th since there
are 30 days in November. If "mid-November would have been the 15th" was the
universally agreed meaning then the developers would surely have used the
more precise "November 15th". I always understood the imprecise nature
We have entered the twilight zone at this point.

Reminds me of work situations where the reply would be "oh, you thought
mid-november THIS year!" Keep smiling Betazoids ;-)

Stability has always been one of the great things about MLO as a product.
That's one of the reasons I still use it, I've come to trust it.
MLO Android V1 was also very reliable as product in terms of bugs, I just
had issues in a couple of areas that held me back from using it day to day.

Hi, Robert. Where I live mid-November runs from the 11th through the 20th.
Maybe it's different where you live.

I'll try to remember that the next time we fail to meet our mid month
deadline, it would certainly be useful to have a few extra days :)
Although due to super organisation in MLO that never happens!
This reminds me of the conversion me and my wife have about when winter
starts.

Also excited, but absolutely, stability always trumps features in any sane
environment. (This is not meant to imply that we live in a sane world;
quite the opposite.)

The same thought came to me - long awaited MLO 2.0 for Android was promised
by mid-November and as far as I know mid-November has past already. Don't
fail your users once more MLO team!

Hi!
UPDATE 18th November: We are performing the last tests with data migration.
We want to be absolutely sure that your MyLifeOrganized tasks migrated
smoothly to MyLifeOrganized 2. It took a little longer than we expected.
But our target is still to release in November.
Sinserely yours,
Marina,

Android!!!

Where I live, "Mid November" like every other mid anything, is the middle of
the "anything" In this case, mid november would have been the 15th. Mid"ish"
november would be a range, I suppose; but when there is in fact a 'middle' then
saying "mid" strongly suggests the actual middle.

As a daily user of MLO and an android fan, I'm excited about this release.
Hopefully soon anyway, otherwise we might be getting dangerously close to
late November.
Then again, if it goes out still full of bugs we'd all be complaining about
that, so the developers can't really win.
Good luck
My android trial version has just expired and I decided to wait for a new
version - do not see any reason to buy it now if I can wait for a week or
two and buy a newer one.

Hi, Adam!
This is Marina from the MLO team. The upgrade is not free, but there will
be a discount for the users of the version 1. We'll tell more about it
closer to the release date.
Thanks!

Hi, John. I'm a member of the Android beta test team so I'm not speaking for
the developers. But I believe that the recently released MLO v2 for IOS comes
in an iPhone version and a separate iPad version. I think that it might see
something similar for Android.
