A kludge, maybe?
Use a silent *wav *file as the default reminder sound in your *C:\Program
Files (x86)\MyLifeOrganized.net\MLO\Sound* folder?
Use a batch file to toggle sound on and off by renaming *mloReminder.wav *and
*silent.wav *appropriately.

I don't know if it does (because I only use the portable version), but I
would think that MLO notifications should be managed by the global
notification settings in Windows 10. If it is (and if not, then this is a
feature request!), you can manually disable and re-enable
