At some point, MLO implemented a feature whereby tasks under a Project would only be archived when the project was completed. This has now been made optional at a file level. I can see the sense of this no archiving rule: you want to be able see the full history for a project until that

The lack of Windows Phone 8.1 client is why I've had to unfortunately move away from using MLO. I still love the app - it's my favorite task managment system, bar none, but I need to be able to use it on my phone in order for it to really be useful to me. Regards - Trish Putnam
