One approach you can use now is to include a string (I use ##) in your frequent destinations. Typing ## in the filter field when choosing destination brings up only the filtered ones. Alternatively you can click on View which appears when you click on the Parent button. If you assign your

While I used Rapid Task Entry (RTE) to send things to my Inbox, I also use to insert tasks into other areas of MLO. Every time I switch to a different location, I have to type in keywords which I get right 90% of the time. But still, this is more clunky than it should be. Far better would be if
