I am reevaluating my GTD tools due to the lack of this feature.
Achieve Planner, TaskMerlin, EssentialPim Pro are likely candidates,
with AP trumping at this time.

Each entry would simply need another field - backlog / doing / done and
would be able to poll priority from the already existing fields - urgency

Dude, get an Android 4 phone. You can get new quad cores with 1 GB RAM for
50 EUR, e.g. ZTE Blade V. You really have no excuse and are definitely in
the 5% minority. I want a fully featured MLO making use of all API
improvements and firmly believe that the remaining 95% of MLO users should

Ok found this functionality in the filter options. My thinking was being
able to click on the 'context' title and for it to do it automatically.

Exactly what it says in the title. It would be great to be able to group
entries by context for subsequent easy organisation. I am thinking
processing the inbox, but it could apply elsewhere also.

What the title says. The items do get copied, but items that have multiple
contexts get copied twice.

In Windows MLO (but also for others), where the Contexts Filter is shown,
instead of listing all the contexts, together with the number of items in
brackets, e.g.
@Work (3)
@Home (1)
@Shops
@Park
only show the contexts that are actually tagged, i.e. only
@Work (3)
@Home (1)

Windows text filter by contexts to autofill contexts just like when
inputting contexts per task.
I.e. it autocompletes the contexts, with the option to then filter by AND /

Hi.
I am trying to set goals and implement GTD at the same time. One of the
principles of GTD is to file todos by day, with todos farther out grouped
by month. What I would love to see is a filter that automatically groups
item due dates or some other date parameter by day, week, month, QUARTER
I am getting grouping by (none) when I click Due next 7 days. Due next 30
days works fine, as does Start next 7 days and Start next 30 days.

A feature to be able to have a 'rapid entry here' context menu option in
MLO when you right click on an entry.
