Is mythsetup a binary that comes with a packaged set of binaries? Because I
built from cvs source and after make install I still don't have any
mythsetup program. I have the mythtv/setup/setup program but no
mythsetup. Should it have installed with make install? Just curious,

It's mythtvsetup, not mythsetup.

That's it. It doesn't get installed if you compile from source, just
run it from there or copy it to /usr/local/bin and rename it to
whatever you want (mythsetup, mythtvsetup, etc).
