Hi all,
I have now committed a fix for the Savitzky-Golay deconvolution module. It
should not produce peaks with zero m/z values any more. The fix will be
included in MZmine 2.5.
Cheers,
Tomas

Hello - was this problem ever resolved? I am having the same issue. It seems
to occur on both Mac and PC versions (at least). I'm running the latest build
(2.4) of MZmine.
Thanks,
Lee
Hi Julian,
Can you provide a sample MZmine project where we can reproduce the problem?

When I deconvolute the chromatogram using the Savitzky-Golay filter, it
returns several peaks with zero values for m/z regardless of what percentage
I use under the parameters. Is there any way to avoid this? Thanks for your
help!
