There is a good extension for VS Code called Yangster, it is uses a language server to do many of the functions so also requires Java. ANX as mentioned by the other reply is really good for exploring existing models and is very easy to get up and running via docker. Thanks, Phil On

Thanks guys, much appreciated! Company wants new, not second hand, so it's reasonable to get support contract - at least for first year or two :) Not a lot should ever change once set up, even if staff change, they wont have access to residential SIP details anyway. On 5/5/20, Brandon Martin

Did you contact the vendor and did they commit to a fix? I can't imagine a vendor not wanting to fix an easily reproducible bug such as this. It was a while ago, and the vendor was aware of the issue. Arista had the info on which specific ports would accept the cable. An interesting moment

Hi, Has anyone had issues with Arista switches rebooting out of the blue, when there isn't even a sufficient load on them to be a CPU or memory issue? We have a couple Arista 7280s both SR and CR that have had this behaviour, this is the second time we see this issue and just wanted to see if

Hi, Have also a look at ANX https://github.com/cisco-ie/anx Similar to YANG explorer and also from Cisco, it allows you to pull all the yang model supported by a certain device (end device or orchestrator like NSO) Hope it helps. Kind regards, -- Antoni Matamalas On Mon, May 4, 2020, 19:39

Adtran has a built in web interface too. I it slow, but it does work. I like CLI better. Overall, the SIP configuration is easy, and ideal for large setups. You define a sip trunk (not system only supports 1 unfortunately) and then each port you just add the sip username and password to that
