I'm in the process of turning up a new transit circuit from 5650 and my
account management team has been less than helpful.
The normal contacts aren't getting me anywhere.

Saw the same here. Legacy TW (AS4323) connection didn't take quite the hit that
our Level3 (AS3356) did. But they were both seeing similar issues. Had to push
traffic some specific routes toward cogent *shudder*.

time. Just like Cogent and HE still have no IPv6 peering. *Insert picture

I was wondering if something similar had been agreed upon regarding IPv6.
And if That's the case, What's the magic number? /32?

That's what I'm hearing. Cogent refuses to peer with HE via IPv6.
So cogent IPv6 Customers currently can not hit things at HE. And they can't
do anything about it. Besides 6to4 tunneling and BGP peering with HE (or
native, If they can).

Looks like both 43022 are prepending, As well as 47359...Multiple times... They
do this to make that route look "bad" so it comes in other transit they have.

tower.
But as for who a tower is owned by, The FCC database works. They also have

We use SPF. Lots of the bigger guys require it. Along with DK/DKIM
signing.
In our spam weight based filtering, if it hardfails it drops it,
softfail(no spf record) we don't add or remove points at all. If it passes
SPF we remove a few points of the spam weight.
