I've seen various posts regarding this error but no definitive solution.
I believe it has to do with the attempt to access a temp file in a
location that does not exist.
Cabarc and cabinet.dll are in my path, executable from the command line.

We use git here and it has worked out incredibly well. Our integration
with NAnt and CC.NET is really tight, and like Bob said, the control
given over branching is so simple yet so powerful. I second the rec.
