Hi Nick, gmail sucks... Problem is though I have a forwarding set on my gmail account to forward all mail to my real email address where everything comes together google does NOT forward the list messages there nor does it allow in it´s group settings any alternative email to CC the group

IMHO, I do not recommend any re-hosting of neonixie-l; That would be destabilizing. Members should make good use of the many free storage services available individuals and just post links to their content. You can select from more of the google kool-aid, likely to to see continued integration
