That was transient, but you make a valid point...has settled at the 200
dollar mark for some time now as far as I can tell. Still too much for my
blood considering Dalibor's offering. I remember when Jan was selling them
for 50 dollars a piece.

However the bubble in Z568 seems to have burst, judging by what I read a
few years ago. Now we just need Dalibor to have the same effect on top view

When I have 6 tubes running on my setup, it's around 25 watts
The Chinese nixies QS-30 and SZ-8 also have short lifetimes of respectively
1000 and 500 hours per datasheet. In my experience they don't last very long
indeed compared to tubes with mercury. Especially the one in the 10s of hours
position in my clocks.
