Hi group, Does anyone here know when edge-lit displays were introduced? There are two Swedish computer consoles, allegedly built in 1953 and 1956, which use these. Could you buy edge-lit hexadecimal digit displays as a component back then? Or were these fitted later? Or were they home-built? The
