How much current are you using in a directly driven tube? I’ve had the
same issue with the pins lighting up with as little as 1mA on the Z570M
tubes.

I have a clock that has some glowing lead wires from the glass seal to

cathode in the tube.

Gotta be one of the ugliest tubes out there IMHO. Anode mesh is very
coarse and the cathodes are thick and obstruct each other. Guess people
are paying for scarcity and the rounded top.
Z568M / Z5680M or Dalibor tubes way nicer and cheaper.
My guess $1600 for the lot.

I'd love to see Dalibor release something that large but pretty. The CD47
is butt ugly. It's like it was a 30mm tube stretched out and poorly
proportioned.
$2000-2500 per tube is just insanity, doubt the seller will have many
takers.
Let's go Dalibor flood the market with something better
I just got one of these.Very nice device and works as advertised.

Hi Chuck,
Out of curiosity, what Nixie's were you able to purchase from Richardson
when they liquidated? Were the prices good?

All my IN-18 clocks clang. Must be inherent to that tube.

Thanks Marcin,
I'll try your suggestions and report back.

Michael,
Thank you for the support. We are attempting to work out a mutually
beneficial solution that will hopefully put this to bed once and for all.

Dan,
I probably will. The part that aggravates me, is the being ignored then
making excuses. If he doesn't want to support the product anymore, just
tell me. I'd be OK with it.

What kit is it? Not many out there for the 7971 tubes.

John,
It truly is about as basic of a clock as you can get. Yes, it's almost
impossible to set the seconds accurately. I'm sure it's why Jeff came out
with his NixiSat/NixiChron/GPSII series of clocks which were a big
improvement in features and functionality.

Hi Dixter,
I appreciate the links but the clock I have isn't Jeff's NixiChron... The
links you provided are for that model, which is a much newer version of the
clock I'm trying to find documentation on. The NixiChron is a totally
different beast.
Thanks

Any folks out there happen to have an Instruction Manual or BOM for this
clock?

This was the first Nixie clock Jeff made and I was lucky enough to just
acquire one. I do not have a manual for it and figured someone in the
group may. If so, would
