The first of the release series for the 5.4.1 release is available.

Remember that you can control the line length for hex output.
Try
snmpwalk --hexO
Hi,
When a set request is received, my sub-agent completes this operation using
transactional semantics. If a set request had come for more than 1 attribute
for the same table, then this set would be done as part on one transaction.
Ex: For the following
./snmpset -v 2c -c clovis 1.3.6.1.4.1.94480
Hi
I`d like to suggest two minor changes in the net-snmp code which could
improve machine parseability of snmpwalk dumps. First there are long
Hex-Strings. When a hex string is longer than what fits into one line
snmpwalk breaks it into multiple lines like this:
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.637.61.

NETSNMP_NO_LEGACY_DEFINITIONS actually feels to b
Hey,
Would like to raise this question to the top of the stack once more.
It has evolved into two questions.
- Do we want to move the RONLY, RWRITE, NOACCESS defines?
- Which of NETSNMP_NO_LEGACY_DEFINITIONS or NETSNMP_CLEAN_NAMESPACE do
we use to hide the old defines.
For the first question I c
Dear ,
I compile net-snmp 5.4.1 on HP-UX 11.11 an HP-UX 11.0
compiler is gcc and HP aC++ Compiler
use command :
#configure "--with-mib-modules=ucd-snmp/diskio smux" "--with-libs=-lnm"
#make
#make install
Compile and install are both success .
But snmpd can't start .
My /var/adm/snmpd.
