You should compile net-snmp as a 64-bit application when you have such
large file systems. Try option "--with-cc="gcc -m64" to configure.

I have installed net-snmp 5.7.2 on Sparc Solaris 10
and I was seeing following error message in the /var/log/snmpd.log.
