There is also a setting in the file CSS:
a:link { color: #00f; text-decoration: underline; }
However, changing the definitions in both css files makes damm all
difference to the display after rebooting netsurf.
It must be being set somewhere else, or being ignored.

Edit the CSS files in !NetSurf.Resources ? Not sure which has
