OK.
In the eternal quest of transitioning to python3 ;), dipy is one of the few
things that stops me and other colleagues. We stick with what Neurodebian
offers, in order to have a uniform and coherent envoronment. So yes, having
python3-dipy would be nice.
If I can be of help, I might find some time to dedicate. But consider that I am
not familiar with preparing deb packages.

Hi Yarik and Michael,
I'm experimenting with dipy and python3 but cannot see a python3-dipy in
neurodebian. Is there a specific reason for that? Is it because of the VTK
dependency?

so far it was simply due to lack of time/motivation/personal need to
adjust packaging to support python3 as well... and packaging was quite
ad-hoc to be able to do it easily. I might look into it if it wouldn't
take too much time, or interested to help out?
