All,
It's time to end the philosophical discussion and get back to business.
I tried clam av, avg, f-secure and norton- without success. I then did
a format and complete reinstall- no good. It's still in my Gmail
inbox.
Please, HOW do I remove that Mexican virus???
Stuart
(sorry)

Format your hard drive and install a different operating system.
Try this one: http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsMe/ - it will
definitely remove the Mexican virus, and, as an added bonus, it will
remove all your other files too!

I did as you suggested but now I'm staring at a blue screen

After effectively losing a couple years of her life, she recovered and
has since been OK for many years.
So keep your fingers crossed.
I'm presently downloading the new Ulteo OS, it's

has it installed but I've never studied it.
I've given up on the Ulteo download now 'cos it's reached 40% five
times now and then stopped.
Be my guest #002 'tho it'll be a hard act to follow!
