In florida you still need a title... But regrestering it as a home built is

which state? In PA the owner can file a lost title form as long as they have
the Vin # and if the vehicle is still on record in Harrisburg, they will send
out a new title to the owner on that title. Then it can be transferred.

humm... i think states dont allow bill of sale xfers any more? i know i can
go to court and apply for a title there. i think thats all companies like
broadway title do is do the paper work for you.only issue is if you can
title it in the current state that holds the title.

My next door neighbor was a professional crew member on high end racing
sail boats. I know he's been on the crew of two American's Cup boats but
don't know when or which ones. He's an interesting guy and has a couple of
boats (his wife and her family started the company that became Yahoo Japan
so whats the cheapest and simpliest way to get a lost title for a bike?
